This Service and Support Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms under which Vintagevortex Technologies ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") provides technical support for its products and services. By utilizing our support services, you ("Customer") acknowledge and accept the conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Free Assistance Phase

We offer free support for the initial six (6) months of your service agreement. During this timeframe, the following support services are included:

Technical Assistance

Help with troubleshooting, performance optimization, and resolving service-related issues.

Support is strictly limited to issues directly related to our services or solutions.

Account & Billing Support

Assistance with account setup, updates, and general management.

Clarifications and corrections related to billing and invoicing concerns.

General Guidance

Responses to general queries regarding our products, features, and best practices.

Advice on effective utilization of our services for maximum efficiency.

Premium Support Options

Once the complimentary support period ends, continued assistance requires enrollment in a paid support plan. The terms for paid support include:

Subscription-Based Plans

Support services are available through tiered subscription plans, which will be communicated before your free period expires.

Features & Benefits

Includes all services provided under technical assistance, account and billing support, and general guidance.

Premium benefits, such as dedicated account managers and priority responses, are available with higher-tier plans.

Payment & Renewal

Payments must be made in advance to retain uninterrupted access to support services.

Failure to renew or resolve payment issues may result in service suspension.

Additional Paid Support Perks

Faster response times and priority support.

Extended service hours, covering weekends and holidays.

Advanced troubleshooting for third-party integrations.

Comprehensive Technical Support

Assistance Includes:

Guidance on installation, configuration, and system setup.

Resolving software issues and troubleshooting errors.

Software updates, patches, and system enhancements.

Limitations:

Assistance is restricted to our proprietary services and products.

Custom modifications made by the customer or third-party developers are excluded from coverage.

Billing & Account Assistance

Covered Services:

Help with creating and managing accounts.

Billing-related inquiries, including invoicing and corrections.

Support for plan upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.

Billing Disputes:

Any discrepancies in billing must be reported within thirty (30) days of the charge.

Dispute resolutions will be addressed within ten (10) business days.

Support Availability & Coverage

Standard support is available via email from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (local time).

Emergency support for critical issues may be available outside regular hours for select premium plans.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

Provide accurate details and necessary documentation for issue resolution.

Maintain secure backups and adhere to recommended usage guidelines.

Limitations & Exclusions

Our support services do not cover:

Third-party services or products not offered by us.

Problems arising from unauthorized modifications or misuse.

On-site support (unless explicitly covered under paid plans).

Support Services Termination

Support services may be discontinued if:

The customer violates the terms of this Agreement or other applicable policies.

Payments for subscribed support plans remain outstanding beyond the due date.

Updates to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any updates will be communicated, and continued usage of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
