Each project begins with the creation of a detailed scope of work document and a comprehensive discovery/analysis phase. This ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of the project requirements, minimizing the chances of cancellations, reversals, or disputes. Due to the time and effort invested in completing any task, work that has already been undertaken is not eligible for reimbursement.

In the event of a mutual termination of the agreement, all completed work becomes the property of the client, and any payments for additional work are voided. Refunds for initial deposits or charges are not offered. Once the client approves mock-up designs and project development commences, no financial compensation will be provided.

Prorated refunds are not applicable for project phases already in progress. Special occasion services provided by our marketing team are non-refundable, and these offers have an expiration date.

If accepted under specific conditions, refunds will be reflected in the client's account within 5-7 business days.

Cancellation Policy:

Vintagevortex Technologies maintains a transparent and straightforward cancellation policy, outlined as follows:

  • Cancellation requests must be directed to our account manager or billing department, and the cancellation will only take effect upon departmental approval.
  • Only cancellation requests received within 12 hours of placing the order and before the project's execution commencement will be considered. Vintagevortex Technologies is not responsible for services provided by third parties, including hosting, web development, content authoring, etc.
  • Web/app service packages are non-refundable, although written cancellation requests can be submitted up to thirty days before the planned start date. No reimbursement will be provided if a payment or deposit remains unpaid or unclaimed for more than thirty days.
